The GainGate Android app blocks Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and any other app at the OS level — when you open a blocked app it immediately overlays a full-screen workout challenge you can't skip.

GainGate Android App
Blocks native apps (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) at the OS level using Android's Accessibility Service. When you open a blocked app anywhere — even from a notification — GainGate immediately overlays a workout screen.
⚠️ Allow Unknown Sources: Android blocks APKs from outside the Play Store by default. You'll need to allow your browser or Files app to install APKs (one-time setting).
ℹ️ "Checking service status…" — this is a normal Android security screen. It appears because GainGate uses an Accessibility Service. Just wait 5–10 seconds and then tap Install. It is NOT an error.
1Tap Download GainGate.apk above on your Android phone (or transfer the file from your computer)
2When prompted, tap Open → tap Install. If Android asks to allow from this source, tap Settings → Allow → go back → Install
3Open GainGate from your app drawer. Tap "Let's Go!" to start the permission setup
4Usage Access: Find GainGate in the list → toggle ON → press back
5Accessibility Service: Tap Downloaded apps → find GainGate → toggle ON → accept → press back
✓Done! GainGate is now active. Open Instagram or TikTok and you'll instantly see the workout wall 💪
💡 Pro tip: After setup, the GainGate notification stays in your status bar showing your remaining screen time. Do a workout in GainGate → bank time → open blocked apps!
